- Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Stop Dentals liability for all claims, actions, charges, costs expenses, losses, damages and other liabilities arising out of or in connection with the provision of free Dental Industry Directory Listing In no event shall One Stop Dental be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, cost of cover or other special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or in relation to the free service provided howsoever caused and regardless of theory of liability or the form of action, whether in contract or in tort including negligence. This limitation will apply even if the One Stop Dental has been advised or is aware of the possibility of such damages.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: To the extent permitted by law, One Stop Dental specifically disclaims all warranties express or implied including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of the system or services provided by One Stop Dental hereunder.
- Indemnity: By completing and submitting the Listing Registration Form we agree to fully indemnify One Stop Dental from any legal action or liability whatsoever that may arise as a consequence of One Stop Dental hosting a listing of our name and contacts, products or services.
